Returns

We accept returns within 28 days following the purchase date.

Please note the following:

• Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging where appropriate.
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use and be fit for resale.
• Return postage costs are not covered by Equip Sports. We recommend using a Tracked/Signed For Service in case the parcel gets lost in transit.

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

1. Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.
2. Print the return shipping address label that you will receive by email.
3. Send all items back to us using the label provided.

We do not offer a free returns service. You will need to cover the costs of the return. We recommend re-using the original packaging where possible.

Refunds are then processed, upon safe receipt of the returned item(s) and inspection to ensure they meet our returns criteria.
